Start by creating a free account on our website. This gives you access to our growing community, free health resources for gamers, and members-only Discord channels—even before you join the full program.

Step 2 - Purchase an Individual Plan

Once you're logged in, you’ll be able to purchase the 12-week training program with a one-time payment. This unlocks your custom fitness journey and gives our team the signal to get to work building your plan.

Step 3 - Complete Your Assessment

We’ll send you a self-assessment form to learn about your goals, available equipment, past injuries, and any physical limitations. This is how we build a plan that actually works for you—not just some generic routine.

Step 4 - Receive Your Custom Plan

Our NASM-certified trainer will craft a fully personalized 12-week program based on your assessment. It’s designed to improve mobility, posture, focus, and endurance—all with the grind of competitive gaming in mind.

Step 5 - Get In. Stay In. (Discord + Resources)

Once you’re in, you’ll unlock private Discord channels where members ask questions, post form checks, and share stories. You’ll also get access to exclusive downloads and fitness guides to support your progress. You're not just training—you’re joining a team.
